International Historic Motorsports Show - 14th - 16th March
Lombard Rally at the Race Retro

We're now back in the office after a very encouraging weekend at Stoneleigh. The Lombard Rally stand was extra busy throughout the show with loads of visitors dropping in for a chat... it was good to see you all. Andrea persuaded several famous rally names to sign Lombard Rally brochures for us to auction with all the proceeds going to TreeHouse.

From Harrogate it Starts...
Invitation for Entries Open

Its that time again to place your entries for what is billed as the best Lombard Rally ever. Yes, a few surprises along the way in 2008 so keep watching this web site as the year unfolds. We listen to your points of view, honestly, and act accordingly. The new payment scheme operating this year is a result of this.

Already the phone at the WERA office has been regularly ringing with interest from competitors all over the UK and even two from overseas that have never competed on the event before. Well then, what have we instore for you this time. The Lombard Rally will start from Harrogate, North Yorkshire - 'From Harrogate it Started'... - providing a platform to launch even deeper in to Scotland and the wintry forests of the North! So get year's winter woollies ready and plenty of 'Horlicks' for those long seasonal nights.

You can download the Entry Form and send it to us at WERA or wait for your rally pack in the post. Which ever, don't hold back as after the success of the previous two years we expect entries to be at a premium once again. If you have any queries in regard to this years scheme, please feel free to call us anytime and we will be only too pleased to assist you.

So while our Rotweiler awaits at the post box for your mail - and the postman is buying Elastoplasts in readiness - we will be in Scotland finalising a route that will be all of exciting, picturesque, competitive and tiring to boot.

See ya soon!
Kenny & Andrea
